Domain registration

• legal entities with a place of business in one of the member states of the European Union;
• natural persons, citizens of one of the member states of the European Union who have a personal identification number (PIN) issued by the competent authority of the Republic of Croatia.

Paid .hr domains have no restrictions in their name (besides technical conditions set in the Ordinance) or number of registrations, and are registered and administered exclusively through authorized registrars.

Note: when registering a domain with diacritical characters, there is a possibility that certain software (e.g. older e-mail clients or web browsers) do not support diacritical characters, so the domain name will not be displayed in the same way as it was registered.
